Mission
To bridge institutional education and industry by equipping high school and university students across local and global communities with a complete, comprehensive, AI-centered skills package spanning technical, creative, and entrepreneurial domains, empowering students to launch community projects, build startups, and pursue impactful research.
Vision
To make our AI-centered skills package accessible to every student as a foundation for success, championing inclusivity, innovation, and the transformative power of skills so students can create a ripple effect of positive change within themselves and their communities.
The initiative × the program
The SREO Program is how the mission happens
Each edition of the SREO Program turns the initiative's mission into four days of practice: teams form around a theme, learn five industry-level skills, build with mentors, and pitch a complete startup concept to experts. The 5th Edition, the Class of 2026, runs August 10–13 at Emirates Towers, Dubai.
